Vernal Place job

This was a whole-house remodel on a house that had been sadly neglected and abused by renters for many years.  It started with an exterior paint job, and the owner was happy with our work.

Next, we were hired to come in and remodel one of the bathrooms that was in a sorry condition.  The floor was rotted out, the walls were a mess, the tub surround was plastic laminated composite board and was in terrible shape.  We tore everything out but the tub, which was in remarkably good shape.

New shower plumbing, new subfloor, new tile, new pedestal sink and faucet, new toilet, new paint.  The bathroom was clean and fresh when we finished!

After that came the kitchen.  An ugly cluttered mess when we first saw it (renters had abused the kitchen also), we designed a new, more efficient layout, and renovated the entire kitchen.

The rest of the house got a new A/C - forced air heating unit, new paint, and two new closets.
